Pilates with Michelle/ Dance Cardio

Eight weeks of Movement with Michelle - Tuesdays, March 5 to April 23

Part One: 4:30 - Pilates: 45-minute mat work, chair/barre, compound moves (squats and lunges.)
What should I bring? If you don’t have a mat, that’s alright; you will learn how to do chair and standing Pilates to strengthen your core and stretch. If you do have a mat, please bring it with you.

Part Two: 5:30 - Disco Cardio: 45-minute HIIT and LIIT options.
What do I need? Do not wear street shoes on the dance floor; bring workout sneakers. If you don’t own those, throw a pair in the wash and wear them! For safety, you will need shoes for this class at the church.

Drop-ins welcome! No registration or fee is required, but a donation to New Brackett Church is appreciated.
