For children ages 7 to 10 years old. Practicing yoga and mindfulness helps kids regulate emotions, build self-awareness and confidence, and give them a chance to play! Concepts are taught through breathwork, physical movement and cooperative games. Four Thursdays in May, 3:15pm to 4:30pm. Limited to 8 students; students will be met at PIES at 3:05pm.
