A community collaboration with Peaks Island House Concerts, Peaks Island Radio and the New Brackett Church, featuring the incomparable Joe K. Walsh, Brittney Karlson and Ella Jordan.

Joe K. Walsh is an acclaimed master of American roots music, mandolinist and songwriter. He’s toured with countless artists, collaborated with other master musicians like Darol Anger and the Gibson Brothers, founded progressive string band Joy Kills sorrow in the early 2000s, and is currently on faculty at the prestigious Berklee College of Music.

Brittney Karlson is an adventurous musician with roots in jazz, American old time and bluegrass, and improvised music. She has performed across the USA, Canada, and Europe in a variety of ensemble settings, including improvised trio Letter Castle and American old-time/bluegrass/Swedish string band The Goodbye Girls.

Ella Jorden is making a name for herself in the Bluegrass and New Acoustic scene. A graduate of the Berklee College of Music and hails from rural Texas. Ella is fluent in the Jazz, Swing, Western Swing, Country, Bluegrass, and Classical idioms.
